We accept cancellations on the condition that your order has not yet been shipped. If it has already shipped, you will have to wait for the item to arrive and then contact us to request a return. Please note that we can only refund unopened, factory sealed packages. As soon as the returned package has reached us, we will provide a full refund.

Orders ship within 1-5 business days of payment clearing. Your tracking number and/or expected delivery date will be provided to you at this time.

Shipments within the continental US usually arrive within 7 business days of shipping. We guarantee that you will receive your item within 14 business days of placing the order. Shipping times outside the US take longer. 3 - 4 weeks seems to be about the average time it takes for international orders to reach their destinations.
