Warranty
For many products sold by NiceDeal and covered under a manufacturer's warranty, you may have the option of having them repaired by a third-party repair service provider who is authorized by the manufacturer to repair their products.

Returns Policy
We do not usually allow returns on the products purchased on our website. All Sales are final.

Returns Policy Exceptions
In certain cases, such as when the wrong item was delivered because of a mistake on our part or on the carrier's part, we might make an exception and refund the customer on the condition that the customer provides reasonable evidence (pictures, invoice) establishing that the wrong item was delivered and return said item in the original packaging and condition that it was received in. In such a case, we will provide detailed instructions on how and where to return the item and generate a return label.

Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel orders on the condition that the order has not yet been shipped. If the order is in transit to the carrier but has not yet been shipped, we may or may not be able to cancel the order and provide a refund.
